The location is centrally located to all of your everyday necessities, with easy access to parks, grocery stores, restaurants and public transportation. Management is also a huge plus; the staff is friendly, responsive, professional, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. I can't say enough good things about Park West and its staff. Moving is stressful and I had a lot of questions. That being ... said, Lauren has been welcoming, informative, and prompt with her responses. Making my process all the easier. Neighbors have all been super friendly and I've never seen a dog off of its leash. I go as far as to say these are the best apartments in Monroe and I highly recommend living here. Love living here
The property is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff is very nice and respond the same day. Management is good at ... notifying the residents for things that require notification. Maintenance is fast and they always call beforehand to make sure it's okay to enter. The only thing I am unhappy about is my rent being raised after one year, but I had a variety of lease terms to choose from when renewing. One time I accidentally paid rent twice and Management was nice and worked with me to get me a refund within a few days. Due to my job, I move about once a year. This has been the easiest rental I have had in the past 5 years. The staff has been ... great to answer all questions and to get me information in a timely manner. I have mostly dealt with Lauren and she has been great, but everyone I have talked to has been equally as helpful. This will be the first time that I can just drive in to town and move in. I absolutely love living at Park West Club! The convenience of having 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer inside my apartment ... is great. Having my own entrance to my apartment gives me more privacy. Office staff is great and always helpful. Maintenance is also great, always quick to complete work orders.
